Dangerous CO2

According to this WSJ report, the EPA is getting ready to declare CO2 a danger to the public.  Should we now exhale less?  Seriously, if we had doubts that the EPA is a political organization under the cover of 'science', we need no longer wonder.  Declaring CO2 as verboten opens the floodgates to legislation on carbon limits with serious economic consequences.  It would stand to reason that before we legislate, we should know whose interests are served, who decides the limits, how the limits are decided, and who pays.  During a lingering economic crisis, such issues should take on an added weight in the public discourse.
